We participate in the mining and processing of basalt, which is currently processed only for the purpose of producing building material.
We are preparing a project to build a factory for processing basalt into basalt fibers, which are used in the automotive industry, aviation, marine and electrical engineering in addition to construction.
Properties of basalt fibers such as strength, durability, non-corrosion, recyclability, resistance to damage and relatively low weight predispose this material to high usability and wider use within the world industry.
Prievozska Residence shall be located in the wider center of Bratislava only 5 minutes from the Bratislava downtown, the new modern city center, only 10 minutes far from the well-known Eurovea City centre and the historical city center of Bratislava.
The project is expected to consist of 335 residential units and 500 parking spaces.
This project covers an area of 15,389 m², while the functional area shall represent 39,684 m², which of the gross floor area is approximately 29,750 m² and the gross floor area of housing is 26,150 m².
The construction is estimated to start in 2024.
